Product launch
ServiceHub
Objective: To design and launch our latest set of capabilities all housed within the Keyloop Ownership domain, digital solutions for all you car ownership needs, mainly focussed around serving and maintenance. We needed to launch our first product suite in the new Fusion branding.
Responsibility: Design lead, working with content teams to co-ordinate the product information from product marketing into consumable marketing collateral.
Deliverables: Social and Email campaign, Web build, Pitch deck, Video (Shoot and edit), Product Sheets (standard and advanced) and features in event booths.
Product Sheets
As part of the Fusion brand roll out, I have been developing an efficient templated way to showcase our product data sheets. They contain key information, quotes, user flows and insights which is the foundation for upcoming campaign content.
They are a crucial ‘leave behind’ for sales teams who want to leave some key information about the solutions and the value they hold.
Events
When launching a product, a fantastic place to springboard conversations can be at industry events, such as this one in Finland, where we designated half the booth to the launch of ServiceHub, along with the accompanying product demo.
We showcased stats and product UI in real-life settings to show where and how our product can be used, a shift in the way automotive tech is used from desktop to mobile. From paper to digital, from closing sales to opening conversations.
The product demo, was an internally filmed and edited addition to the booth.
Pitch Deck
An essential spring board for great sales conversations. A lower down the funnel marketing asset with more detail for when the conversations get closer to the sale.
With an international company, it is crucial the creative team can service these conversations with clear, comprehensive visual assistance.
Our designs aim to:
Enhance First Impressions
A well-designed deck can grab attention and make your audience want to know more. If it's poorly designed or hard to follow, it can immediately turn people off and lead them to question the professionalism of your product or team.
Simplify Complex Ideas
Products and services can sometimes be complex, and a deck helps distill the value proposition into easy-to-understand concepts. Using visuals, storytelling, and key statistics can make the information more digestible, especially for busy decision-makers.
Builds Credibility
A polished, professional design suggests that your product is high-quality, which builds trust. A sloppy deck can make your offering look less credible, even if your product or service is fantastic. Clean visuals, good typography, and a consistent brand style help establish a professional image.
Easy Reference
Having a sales deck also gives prospects something to refer back to after the meeting. If it’s designed well and contains the key points from your conversation, they’ll have a tangible resource to remind them why they were interested in your product or service. This helps increase the chances of follow-up conversations or conversions.
Social
Social media campaigns are great top-of-funnel marketing assets because they help to raise awareness, spark interest, and start conversations with potential customers who are still in the early stages of their buyer's journey.
